With an extra coating during manufacturing PaperStone becomes RainStone an equally versatile weatherproof surface.

PaperStone is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper or cardboard with PetroFree non-petroleum based phenolic resins. PaperStone is VOC-free and emits no radon gases. It has been certified ‘food safe’ by NSF, the public health and safety company. PaperStone is the only architectural solid surface material certified by the Smartwood program of the Rainforest Alliance to FSC standards for using recycled paper. In addition, PaperStone plays a role in enabling a project to acquire LEED points toward certification.
